Aizu Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiryu City, Aichi Prefecture; President: Mitsunori Iwase) will hold a "Korean Fair" at Niko Niko Gyoza starting October 1, 2026, as a brand collaboration project between its "Nagoya Winged Gyoza Niko Niko Gyoza" and Korean restaurant "Itaewon Mikawa Anjo."

Cheese Dakgalbi Gyoza and Green Chili Gyoza

The highlights are the "Cheese Dakgalbi Gyoza" and "Green Chili Gyoza," which combine Korean cuisine with gyoza. These two unique gyoza offerings combine the Korean staple "Cheese Dakgalbi" with gyoza, and offer the spicy kick of green chili peppers.

Furthermore, from "Itaewon Mikawa Anjo," which was renovated in July 2026 with the concept of "Nagoya × Korean Pub," Korean menu items such as "Nakopse" (a Korean hot pot with octopus, hormone, and shrimp), Sundubu Jjigae, and Fresh Kimchi Platter will also be offered.

This is an autumn-limited collaboration that combines the strengths of "Niko Niko Gyoza," where you can fully enjoy gyoza, and "Itaewon," where you can casually enjoy Korean cuisine, both operated by the same company, Aizu Co., Ltd.

Korean Cuisine × Gyoza! The Stars Are Two New Gyoza

### Cheese Dakgalbi Gyoza

"Cheese Dakgalbi Gyoza" 8 pieces 1,309 yen (tax incl.)

Enjoy the Korean staple "Cheese Dakgalbi" in gyoza form. This is the signature dish of this collaboration. We have combined Cheese Dakgalbi, a beloved Korean staple, with Niko Niko Gyoza's "gyoza." We propose a new way to enjoy "Korean cuisine × gyoza" that only our company, which operates both a gyoza bar and a Korean pub, can offer.

### Green Chili Gyoza

"Green Chili Gyoza" 5 pieces 549 yen (tax incl.)

A gyoza unique to the Korean Fair, offering a spicy kick. The other highlight is the "Green Chili Gyoza." This is a Korean Fair-exclusive dish with the spiciness of green chili peppers as an accent. You can enjoy "Korea × Gyoza" from a different angle than the Cheese Dakgalbi Gyoza.

Not Just Gyoza! Itaewon's Korean Pub Menu Also Appears at "Niko Niko Gyoza"

In addition to the two types of gyoza, the fair also features Korean dishes from Itaewon. We have prepared a total of seven items, from main dishes to accompaniments for alcohol and desserts, so you can enjoy the Korean pub atmosphere.

### Nakopse

"Nakopse" 1,759 yen (tax incl.)

This is a Korean hot pot dish "Nakopse" combining octopus, hormone, and shrimp. It is one of the main dishes of the Korean Fair, where you can enjoy the combination of seafood and hormone.

### Fresh Kimchi Platter

"Fresh Kimchi Platter" 989 yen (tax incl.)

A platter of fresh kimchi using three ingredients: long yam, green pepper, and baby corn. Unlike the standard napa cabbage kimchi, you can enjoy the unique texture of each ingredient.

About Itaewon

### Itaewon Mikawa Anjo

The collaborating "Itaewon Mikawa Anjo" is a Korean restaurant located a 1-minute walk from JR Mikawa Anjo Station. It was renovated and reopened on July 3, 2026, with the new concept of "Nagoya × Korean Pub."

#### ① All-You-Can-Eat Samgyeopsal with 10 Flavor Variations

Itaewon's signature menu is the 120-minute "All-You-Can-Eat Samgyeopsal," featuring thick pork belly. Not only pork belly, but also bean sprouts, namul, kimchi, rice, and wrap vegetables are free to refill. Additionally, 10 unique flavor-changing sauces are available, including Nagoya Hatcho Miso sauce, yangnyeom, honey mustard sauce, and maneul ganjang. You can enjoy your preferred samgyeopsal by changing combinations.

Price: Adult (junior high school and above) 2,490 yen (2,739 yen tax incl.)

#### ② Draft Beer for 299 Yen per Glass

To allow customers to casually enjoy alcohol with Korean cuisine, draft beer is offered at 299 yen per glass. We aim to be a Korean pub where you can casually enjoy Korean dishes such as samgyeopsal, from an after-work drink to a gathering with friends.

#### ③ Surprisingly, "Appetizer Long Potato" is Also All-You-Can-Eat

At Itaewon, the "Long Potato" served as an appetizer is also free to refill. These long potatoes, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, are visually impactful. They can be enjoyed as a snack while waiting for the samgyeopsal to cook, or dipped in the 10 flavor-changing sauces.

About Niko Niko Gyoza
